At Evelyn Feng Shui, we are committed to providing thoughtful, personalized guidance and a positive experience for every client.

Because our services include individually prepared reports, digital products, and private consultations, refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the service purchased.

We encourage customers to review the following information before making a purchase.

1. Personalized Life Reports

Each Life Report is individually generated using the birth information provided by the customer, carefully reviewed, and delivered electronically.

Cancellation Within 12 Hours

Customers may request a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.

Cancellation After 12 Hours

After the initial 12-hour cancellation period, a $15 USD cancellation fee may apply to voluntary cancellations before report delivery.

This fee helps cover payment processing, personalized report preparation, and administrative expenses.

The remaining purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Any cancellation fee is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and will not be charged where prohibited.

After Report Delivery

Once a personalized Life Report has been delivered, purchases are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind requests.

However, we recognize that questions or concerns may arise, and we encourage customers to contact us.

Report Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction

We take pride in the care involved in preparing each report.

If you believe your report contains incorrect calculations, missing sections, or other significant errors, please contact us.

Where an error is attributable to Evelyn Feng Shui, we will provide an appropriate correction or replacement at no additional charge.

If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a partial or full refund may be provided, as appropriate.

Because BaZi and other traditional Chinese metaphysical systems involve interpretation, dissatisfaction with a particular prediction, recommendation, or interpretation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Our commitment is to provide a complete, carefully prepared report—not to guarantee any particular future outcome.

2. Personal Consultations and Readings

This policy applies to private appointments, including Feng Shui consultations, BaZi readings, I Ching readings, and other personalized sessions with Evelyn.

Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before an Appointment

Customers may cancel their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund.

Cancellations Between 24 and 48 Hours

Customers who cancel between 24 and 48 hours before their appointment may request a rescheduled session.

Refunds during this period are evaluated individually.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled start time are generally nonrefundable.

However, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise.

Evelyn Feng Shui may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that schedules sometimes change.

Customers are encouraged to contact us as early as possible when they need to reschedule.

We generally allow at least one complimentary rescheduling request, subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling requests may be accommodated at Evelyn's discretion.

Our goal is to provide flexibility while respecting the time reserved for each client.

Missed Appointments

If a customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the appointment may be considered completed and is generally nonrefundable.

Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations by Evelyn Feng Shui

If we must cancel an appointment, customers will be offered either:

A full refund.
An alternative appointment at a mutually agreed time.

Customers will not incur additional charges when Evelyn Feng Shui cancels an appointment.

3. Other Digital Products

Certain products, including downloadable guides, digital resources, and other electronically delivered materials, may be available for purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these purchases are generally nonrefundable once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable law.

Any product-specific refund conditions will be clearly communicated before purchase.

4. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing personalized services.

This may include birth dates, birth times, birth locations, names, and other information required to prepare a report or consultation.

We encourage customers to carefully verify their information before completing a purchase.

If incorrect information is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Corrections requested before report preparation begins may be accommodated without additional charge.

If a report must be regenerated because of incorrect customer-provided information, an additional preparation fee may apply. Any such fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before additional work begins.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are generally initiated within 5 business days after approval.

The time required for funds to appear in a customer's account depends on their bank, payment provider, and payment method.

Original payment-processing fees may not be returned to Evelyn Feng Shui by our payment processor. However, we will not separately deduct such fees from refunds unless expressly permitted under this policy and applicable law.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

For appointment cancellations, please contact us before the scheduled appointment whenever possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers may have additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or remedy rights depending on their location and applicable laws.

Where those rights conflict with this policy, applicable law will take precedence.
