Evelyn Feng Shui is a collaborative business founded and developed by Evelyn and Chad, combining traditional Chinese metaphysical expertise with modern technology to provide personalized guidance, educational resources, and innovative digital experiences.
At the heart of Evelyn Feng Shui is Evelyn's knowledge and practice of traditional Chinese metaphysics, including Feng Shui, BaZi, the Five Elements, I Ching, and other classical systems.
Together, Evelyn and Chad develop and manage the business, its services, educational offerings, digital platforms, and customer experiences.
Certain technological features, including calculation engines, interactive tools, and digital systems, are developed under the technology brand 一白玄境 | Yi Bai Nexus, which supports Evelyn Feng Shui and may provide technology solutions to other businesses and practitioners.
Yi Bai Nexus is a technology brand and is not currently a separately incorporated legal entity.
Throughout these Terms, "Evelyn Feng Shui," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the individuals operating the business and providing its products and services.
By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Description of Services
Evelyn Feng Shui provides traditional Chinese metaphysical guidance, educational content, personalized interpretations, and related digital experiences.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Feng Shui consultations and environmental recommendations.
BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) calculations and interpretations.
Five Element analysis and personalized guidance.
Personalized Life Reports and forecasting reports.
Daily Feng Shui guidance and recommendations.
I Ching divination and interpretations.
Qi Men Dun Jia calculations and analysis.
Personal and relationship compatibility assessments.

Certain services may be provided directly by Evelyn, while others may be generated or supported by software developed through Yi Bai Nexus.
Our services may evolve, and additional features or products may become available over time.
3. Traditional Metaphysical Practices and Interpretations
Evelyn Feng Shui draws upon traditional Chinese metaphysical systems, including Feng Shui, BaZi, the Five Elements, I Ching, and Qi Men Dun Jia.
These systems have longstanding cultural and philosophical traditions.
However, their ability to predict future events, determine personal outcomes, or establish causal relationships has not been scientifically demonstrated.
All interpretations, forecasts, recommendations, and guidance are provided for personal reflection, cultural exploration, spiritual guidance, and educational purposes.
We do not guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, recommendation, or anticipated outcome will occur.
Different practitioners, calculation methods, and interpretive traditions may produce different conclusions.
Customers acknowledge that metaphysical interpretations are inherently subjective and should not be treated as established facts about future events.
4. Personal Responsibility and Decision-Making
Our services are intended to provide perspectives that customers may consider alongside their own judgment and other relevant information.
Customers remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and circumstances.
This includes, without limitation, decisions involving:

Marriage, relationships, and family matters.
Education and professional development.
Property purchases, sales, and renovations.
Relocation and travel.

Evelyn Feng Shui does not assume responsibility for decisions made by customers based on metaphysical interpretations or recommendations, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Medical, Health, and Psychological Disclaimer
Evelyn Feng Shui does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed healthcare services.
Any references to health, physical well-being, emotional balance, elemental imbalances, or personal energy are made within the context of traditional Chinese metaphysical interpretations.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
You should never discontinue prescribed medication, delay medical treatment, or disregard advice from a qualified healthcare professional based on information obtained through our services.
Customers experiencing medical or psychological concerns should consult appropriately qualified professionals.
6. Financial, Investment, Business, and Legal Disclaimer
Evelyn Feng Shui does not provide licensed financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
References to wealth, prosperity, financial opportunities, business success, career advancement, favorable timing, or related matters are traditional metaphysical interpretations.
Such guidance does not constitute a recommendation to purchase or sell investments, enter financial transactions, establish businesses, or make legally significant decisions.
We do not guarantee financial gains, business success, professional advancement, or protection from financial losses.
Customers should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making significant financial, business, tax, or legal decisions.
7. Relationships, Marriage, and Compatibility
Relationship and compatibility assessments are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical interpretations.
These assessments may consider birth information, elemental relationships, and other factors used within traditional systems.
They do not establish scientifically verified compatibility between individuals.
We do not guarantee romantic success, marriage, reconciliation, relationship stability, or the actions and intentions of another person.
Customers remain responsible for their relationship decisions and interactions.
8. Accuracy of Calculations and Interpretations
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate calculations, carefully prepared reports, and thoughtful interpretations.

9. Customer-Provided Information
Certain services require customers to provide personal information.

Name or preferred name.
Date of birth.
Time of birth.
Place of birth.
Gender, where relevant to the selected calculation method.
Contact information.
Information concerning another person for compatibility or relationship assessments.
Customers agree to provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge.
Customers acknowledge that inaccurate information may affect the accuracy and relevance of personalized calculations and interpretations.
When submitting another person's personal information, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or other lawful basis to provide that information.
You must not submit information about another person in violation of applicable privacy laws.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Technology, Automated Calculations, and AI-Assisted Content
Certain Evelyn Feng Shui services utilize automated calculation systems, software algorithms, and artificial intelligence technologies.
These systems may be developed and operated through 一白玄境 | Yi Bai Nexus.
Our technology may be used to:
Calculate traditional metaphysical charts.
Analyze relationships between elements and other chart components.
Generate personalized interpretations.
Prepare written reports.
Produce daily guidance.
Support interactive divination experiences.
Assist with other personalized digital services.
Automated systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent outputs.
We make reasonable efforts to review personalized paid reports before delivery. However, human review does not guarantee that every error will be identified.
Customers acknowledge that automated and AI-assisted content is interpretive and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
The use of automated systems does not alter any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
11. Personalized Reports and Digital Products
Personalized Life Reports, forecasts, and other custom digital products may be prepared using customer-provided information.
Reports may incorporate traditional calculation methods, automated analysis, AI-assisted writing, and human review.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, personalized Life Reports are generally delivered electronically within 24–48 hours of purchase.
This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee. We will communicate material delays and provide remedies where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their submitted information before completing a purchase.
Refunds, corrections, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Purchasing a personalized report does not guarantee any specific personal, financial, romantic, professional, or other outcome.
12. Private Consultations and Appointments
Private consultations and readings are conducted by appointment.
Customers agree to provide accurate booking information and attend scheduled sessions on time.
Appointments may be conducted remotely using third-party communication services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote consultations.
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling arrangements are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Evelyn Feng Shui reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where a customer engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
Any resulting refund or cancellation decision will comply with applicable law.
13. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
Prices for paid products and services are displayed on the relevant product or checkout pages.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are presented in United States dollars (USD).
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges associated with their purchases.
We reserve the right to modify prices for future purchases.
Price changes will not retroactively affect completed purchases.
Any applicable taxes, additional charges, or currency conversion information will be disclosed as required by law.
14. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For personalized Life Reports, our standard voluntary cancellation arrangements generally include:
A full refund when cancellation is requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours but before delivery, a $15 USD cancellation fee may apply.
After delivery, reports are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind requests.
For private consultations, our standard arrangements generally include:
Full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Rescheduling options for appointments canceled closer to the scheduled time.
Generally nonrefundable cancellations within 24 hours, with discretionary flexibility for rescheduling.
These arrangements are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights.
Customers should review the complete Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
15. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, written materials, designs, graphics, software, branding, and other creative works are owned by or licensed to their respective creators or rights holders.
This may include intellectual property developed by Evelyn Huang, Chad Mullins, or third-party contributors.
The Evelyn Feng Shui brand and the 一白玄境 | Yi Bai Nexus technology brand are distinct identities associated with the platform.
Yi Bai Nexus Technology
Yi Bai Nexus develops technology and digital systems supporting Feng Shui and other traditional Chinese metaphysical services.
These systems may include:
BaZi calculation engines.
I Ching interpretation systems.
Qi Men Dun Jia calculation tools.
Compatibility analysis systems.
Personalized report-generation technology.
Website integrations.
Proprietary software and related digital infrastructure.
The underlying software, original code, proprietary systems, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Access to these systems does not grant customers ownership of the underlying technology.
Personal Use of Purchased Materials
Customers purchasing personalized reports or digital materials receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use those materials for personal, noncommercial purposes, unless otherwise stated.
Customers may retain and print copies of their purchased reports for personal use.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Traditional Feng Shui concepts, publicly known metaphysical principles, and other materials not protected by intellectual property law are not claimed as exclusive property of Evelyn Feng Shui or Yi Bai Nexus.
16. Acceptable Use of Website and Services
Customers and visitors agree to use our website and services lawfully and responsibly.
You may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
Interfere with website security or functionality.
Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Circumvent payment requirements or access controls.
Extract protected content or proprietary data through unauthorized automated methods.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
